I had a wonderful stay at the N1. The rooms are impeccably clean and beautifully designed with useful amenities like a ceiling fan and kettle for tea and coffee. I appreciated the private restroom stocked with toiletries and enjoyed the best shower I've experienced in Zimbabwe. The location is ideal—close enough to the city without being overwhelmingly busy, and the café downstairs serves excellent coffee and delicious croissants.
Water takes time to heat. It can get slightly loud.

Appreciated my time here. It was useful base for travelling to Harare, I was glad to stay there. The room with contemporary decor was clean. A kettle, an electronic key card, and a work desk were a nice touch.

The lady hotel manager went above and beyond to ensure my safety and even helped me find my friends before checking out. The room has a ceiling fan that kept me cool on hot days, and there is a perfect workspace with plenty of plugs for all my electronics. Plus, having a kettle with tea, coffee, milk, and bottled water was such a nice touch. The location is great, not right in the middle of the city but still easily accessible. my stay at this hotel was mind-blowing, with jaw-dropping cleanliness, incredible staff, and all the amenities one could ask for.
